3. Once you've added the product, you can continue browsing and adding the products you want to your cart.
4. Once you've added all the products you want to purchase, go to your shopping cart in the top right corner. In the summary, verify that the products and quantities in your cart are the ones you want to purchase and click CHECKOUT .
5. Enter your email address to continue the process. Fill in your personal and delivery information.
6. Choose your preferred payment method. You can choose from Credit Card, PSE (debit card, savings account, or checking account), Sistecrédito, or Addi.
7. Check your purchase confirmation message and wait for the confirmation email.
8. Receive your order at your home or office door.

What is PSE (Savings or Checking Account Payment) and how does it work?
The Secure Online Payments (PSE) button is a service that allows you to purchase or pay online by debiting funds from your checking or savings account at the financial institution where you are registered.
This service is available in more than 4,000 businesses, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be used from anywhere, with just an Internet connection.
To pay with funds from your savings or checking account, at the time of purchase you must:
• Select the PSE button.
• Select the bank where you have your savings or checking account.
• Select whether you are a legal or natural person.
• Press the Follow button.
• Enter the requested information and click the Register button.
• Then you will be directed to the bank where you have your account, and there you must follow the payment process by entering your bank username and password, and that's it, that easy.
Why is it taking so long to approve my order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the city and address where you placed your order. When you enter your address, the system will indicate the expected delivery time.
What is the cost of shipping?
For purchases equal to or greater than two hundred thousand pesos (excluding shipping costs) in our online store, we offer free shipping (see cities where this promotion does not apply).
For purchases under two hundred thousand pesos, the delivery cost will be as indicated when providing the delivery information in the cart or checkout.
How do I track my order?
The tracking number will be sent to your email so you can track your order. You must enter this number according to the carrier that will be shipping it to you:

What do I do if I wasn't there at the time of delivery?
If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier may leave your product with any adult present at the address registered at the time of purchase. If no one is at home and you live in a residential complex with a doorman, the order will be left there. If no one is available to receive the order, a new delivery attempt will be made the following business day. The carrier will make up to three delivery attempts, and if the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Can I request a refund for my order?
In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480 of 2011, Article 47, the maximum period to exercise this right is 5 business days from the date of delivery of the product. The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. Shipping and other costs incurred in the return will be borne by you.
